Activating Regenerative Leaders

I’m feeling a bit vulnerable posting this on a work-related platform, but that is the point. Here is preciously where the void needs to be healed. Being a Regenerative Practitioner has a unique focus on inner transformation synchronising with outer change - as life reviving. Recently I had the opportunity to be part of a beautiful co-creation, a 4 day gathering of 40 diverse Regenerative Leaders with/as nature. There is something uniquely profound about the way we came together, we all lead yet nobody was leading. The embodied experience being as important as any mental models or academic scripts. The collective field we generated is solid and foundational. A deep sensing into our place on this Earth. Our connective tissue became activated as an evolutionary unfolding. A deep nourishment of our systems. The reassuring way of Nature holds us and allows us to tune into it. I’ve been to various un-conferences (burningman, bill etc.) and conscious trainings (yoga teaching, permaculture design courses, celtic wheel, osho meditations, schumacher college etc) yet something particularly significant happened during these 4 days. Self-organised, based on living systems theory and an agreement of trust. I was blown wide open, and in deep communication with my co-creators, we all were.  We have been trying to unpick what made the flavour of this retreat so alchemical. Yet the complexity of the concoction is hard to decipher. There is a power in intentionally connecting as natures web - we brought our whole-selves, wounds, deep rooted shame, guilt, grief and all. We danced, sung, made art, rested, eat well, meditated, learned and unlearned. A force greater than us lives subtle and present, in the silence.  On reflection, I have come to realise the potency of this particular work is meeting a very dense professional/personal edge - bringing the power of our whole & collective self to meet the broken ´professional system´. The courage to express who we truly are, in the path of least resistance to heal the system. Casting a regenerative law of attraction.  With this we plant seeds to heal and nudge the system into self-realisation, that it is broken and that a more conscious, whole, thriving and beautiful way is possible.
